We are often asked to give a "one price fits all" costing for embroidery.
Rather than quote a figure that makes sure we are not undersold, we will quote each and every job.
We believe you would prefer that we give you the keenest price on this job, so that you have the best price possible. This is worked out once we have some basic information in regarding your job.
We need to know the following in order to quote:
  1.  What the job looks like. Usually a .pdf or .jpg emailed or faxed through is required. You should advise which areas are to be sewn. For example: Sew black inside the CSI text, but leave the background showing through in the dusty & digital text.
  2. What size the logo is to be sewn at. For example: 210 mm wide. Please note that F/B is not a size! With text specification, we prefer a width to be specified, rather than a height, as small changes in height result in dramatic changes in width. For example: Quote 65mm wide instead of 10mm high.
  3. What fabric/item the logo is to be sewn onto. We digitise based on the target fabric, fleece items receive an underlay stitching which increases the cost, and also gives second to none results.
  4. What quantity you require.
  5. The production timing. For example: Stock due next Wednesday, needed for next Thursday.
